Q?Can IntegrisManager be used on a tablet device?
A.

Yes, it you are running our HTML5 IntergisManager product. Our IntergisManager Windows client can run on the new Microsoft Surface Professional tablet.

Q?Does the technology sort the audio files by key words?
A.

Audio files are stored by IntegrisMobile client name, unique identifier, and date/time stamp.

Q?You mention benefits other than compliance. What are they?
A.

While many of our customers have purachased IntergisMobile for compliance, they tell use that an equal value proposition is realized through enhanced training, marketing, and brand representation.

Q?What client platforms are supported by IntegrisMobile?
A.

Android 2.2 and above; iOS V5 or V6.

Q?Does Blueforce supply the tablets?
A.

We prefer the customer to select and purchase the devices. Purchasing by Blueforce can be discussed, but in all cases they are offered using a “passthrough warranty” whereby the warranty is issued and honored by the hardware manufacturer.

Q?If a device is lost, stolen, or broken do I have to pay for a new license for a new device?
A.

No, but the old license will be deleted and a new license will be issued.

Q?Who trains my staff on the use of IntegrisMobile?
A.

Train-the-trainer support is available from Blueforce for both end-user training, as well as IT staff training.

Q?What technical support is provided?
A.

Standard Support is included in the annual subscription price. Standard support is available between the hours of 9:00AM and 6:00PM EST, Monday through Friday, with a four business hour phone response time. Platinum Support is available at additional cost. Platinum Support provide 24×7 coverage with a one hour phone response time.

Q?Do you offer Integris as a hosted, managed service?
A.

We do not, but we have eco-system partners that can provide this service.

Q?What file format are the audio files?, Can the file type be changed?
A.

Audio files are stored in WAV format. Contact Blueforce/Integris is another format is desired.

Q?What happens when I lose WIFI or a cellular signal during a recording?
A.

The recording is cached locally (on the IntegrisMobile client) until connectivity is re-established. Once connectivity is re-established, the cached recording is transferred to the server.

Q?How is the audio file transmitted to a server?
A.

Audio is transferred to the server as a set of small blobs that are reassembled at the server and made available as “listen live” (with a small 7 second delay, used for caching), and/or stored for historical purposes.

Q?How much storage capacity is needed?
A.

Audio recordings are stored at 1MB per minute of audio. Example: A 60 minute recording = 60MB .wav file.

Q?I have 3,000 employees who each need to have IntegrisMobile on their tablet devices, do you offer a site license?
A.

Yes. Enterprise Licensing is available for organizations with more than 1000 endpoints.

Q?What do I need besides IntegrisMobile and IntegrisManager?
A.

The tablets on which IntergisMobile runs; the server on which the IntergisCloud server runs; and laptops with Google Chrome for launching IntegrisManager. Devices should meet or exceed Integris System Requirements as outlined in the Product Data Sheets. Additionally, network connectivity with speeds of at least 256Kbps is required between any two Integris endpoints.

Q?How is the Listener activated and stopped?
A.

The Listener is activated and stopped from the IntegrisManager web client.

Q?Has IntegrisMobile been adopted across the board?
A.

So far, yes. But only because the institutions that have adopted the solution also recognize the importance of “change management” processes within the ranks. IntegrisMobile, while offering compliance protection, also provides best-in-class real-time sales training. This allows your people to stay compliant, but also become “productive” while minimizing risk for the institution.

Q?Is there a chain of custody for recordings?
A.

Yes. IntegrisMobile endpoints are instructed (logically) to send live or recorded sessions DIRECTLY to a caching system as a centralized location and/or into a system of record. IntegrisMobile encrypts, authenticates, and pushes recordings directly into a secure database that adheres to chain of custody and privacy rules.

Q?Can the IntegrisMobile solution be introduced surrepticiously?
A.

No,not at all. IntegrisMobile is a software line built on a product line used by the US Department of Defense and other national security entities. The power of the solution is the adherance to law and privacy. Mobile endpoints must load the plugin and then allow a “Manager” or Command Post function to subscribe and then activate as part of a regulated process.
